What makes funeral flowers "sustainable"?

Our funeral arrangements are 100% foam-free and biodegradable. Traditional floral foam (the green "Oasis" block) contains microplastics and toxic chemicals that don't break down. Instead, we use traditional, eco-friendly techniques like mossing, willow frames, or recyclable glass to ensure your tribute can return to the earth naturally.
Can I choose specific flowers or colours?

Absolutely. We believe a floral tribute should be as unique as the person it honours. If your loved one had a favourite flower, plant, or colour, we will do our very best to incorporate it.
Do foam-free flowers last as long as traditional arrangements?

Yes. By using natural materials like moss, our flowers stay hydrated and fresh throughout the service. In many cases, because they aren't "choked" by dense foam, the stems can actually drink more freely and stay vibrant for longer.
Are these arrangements suitable for natural burial grounds?

Yes, they are perfect for them. Most natural or "green" burial sites require tributes to be 100% compostable (no plastics, wires, or floral foam). Since our designs are made from natural materials, they meet the strict requirements of these sites.
We generally suggest getting in touch at least 3 to 5 days before the service. However, we understand that these are difficult times and will always do our best to accommodate shorter notice whenever possible.
How far in advance do I need to order?

Do you deliver directly to the funeral director or undertaker?

Yes, we handle all the logistics for you. We coordinate directly with the funeral director to ensure your floral tribute is delivered to the chapel or funeral home at the correct time. When you get in touch, simply provide us with the name of the funeral home, the name of your loved one, and the time of the service, and we will take care of the rest.
Do you have a specific delivery radius?

We offer free delivery to all funeral directors within a 10 mile radius of our Lewes studio and charge a small delivery fee for areas outside of this.
Yes. We provide handwritten cards on recycled paper for your personal tribute. We use natural twine or wooden clips rather than plastic holders to keep with our eco-friendly promise.
