We strive to ensure your order is as accurate as possible. By placing an order, you agree to provide the necessary information required for us to fulfil your delivery or collection.
Availability: Our products are subject to seasonal availability. While we aim to reflect current stock on our website, there may be times when specific stems are unavailable.
Substitutions: If a specific flower is out of stock, we will provide a beautiful alternative of equivalent price and quality.
Visual Guide: Photographs on our website are intended as a creative guide. Due to the nature of live products and variations in monitor displays, the exact colour or bloom stage may vary slightly from the images shown.

Payment & Pricing
Scene Floral Design accepts payments via all major debit and credit cards and Klarna.
Charging: Your card will be charged at the point of order confirmation, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Out of Stock Items: In the unlikely event that an item is completely unavailable, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund immediately.
Pricing: Prices for our seasonal products are subject to change.

Local Delivery & Collection
We offer local delivery and collection from our Lewes studio.
Free Local Delivery: We offer free delivery within a 10mile radius of Lewes, East Sussex (BN7 1RR), subject to availability. This covers the following postcode areas: BN1, BN10, BN2, BN25, BN26, BN27, BN3, BN4, BN41, BN42, BN45, BN5, BN50, BN51, BN52, BN6, BN7, BN8, BN88, BN9, RH15, RH16, RH17, TN2, TN20, TN21, TN22.
Unsuccessful Delivery: If no one is home to accept a delivery and a secure location is not available, we will leave a calling card with details on how to collect.
Collections: Please email us at hello@scenefloraldesign.com if you wish to arrange to collect from us.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we handle returns and exchanges with care and at the discretion of management.
Flower Care: To enjoy your flowers for as long as possible, please follow the flower care guide provided with your order. Proper hydration and placement are essential to the lifespan of your flowers - Scene Floral Design cannot be held responsible for the health of flowers and foliage that have not been cared for according to our instructions.
48-Hour Window: If you are unhappy with your flowers, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. This allows us to assess the issue while the blooms are still fresh.
Resolution: We aim to resolve all concerns promptly, typically offering a replacement or a refund depending on the specific circumstances.
Processing: Approved refunds are processed immediately and usually appear on your statement within five working days.
Privacy: Your details are safe with us. We will never pass your information to third parties, and you will only receive communications directly from Scene Floral Design.
Intellectual Property: All content on scenefloraldesign.com including logos, photography, and designs, is the property of Scene Floral Design. Unauthorised use for commercial purposes is prohibited.
